​​​Since a young child, I have been receiving innersights and intuitive guidance.

The death of my sister at a young age, my family's involvement in the church and

personal illness, triggered many questions, challenges and breakthroughs, resulting

in an unshakeable connection with Source, bringing new perspectives and learnings.

 

I express these spiritual knowings through my art, teachings, healings and writing, and have spent my lifetime

searching for deeper understanding, through spiritual practice and  pilgrimages to sacred sites

around the world: connecting with the spirit of the land, the ancient wisdoms,

and the vibrational frequential encodings present.

I was guided to share these innersights with others, in the hope they would resonate

and open doorways in minds and hearts, to help us remember who we really are.
